Weight Loss - or fat loss?
It seems all right, until you give it some thought.
"I want to lose weight."
Is that true?
Well, muscle and bone weigh more than fat, so if you
lost muscle and bone weight, you'd weigh less, but
you'd look like hell. You'd just be a ball of
skin and fat. Yuck.
So, what you really want is to lose fat.
That's easy, actually. We can do that.
